My name is Seryna Myers – I’m a Sacred Expression Mentor and Shadow Guide. I work with heart-centered, high achieving women who are on a journey to becoming the truest version of themselves.
And it all begins with leaning into the shadows and the dark edges of their most difficult emotions.
❤️🔥 I believe anger is something that needs to be managed, it’s a sacred teacher. (I even wrote a book about it.)
❤️🔥 I believe if we call ourselves lightworkers, but deny our shadow work, then we’re only honouring part of our calling.
❤️🔥 I believe that it’s only through reclaiming the parts of ourselves that we’ve abandoned in moments of shame, guilt and regret that we can truly know ourselves and fully love ourselves.
