A profound journey without integration is just a really beautiful experience.
Psychedelic and Plant Medicine experiences can hand you something real – a glimpse of who you are under all the noise, a door into parts of yourself you’d stopped believing were accessible.
But the journey is only half of it.
What you do with what you received is where the actual work lives.
The Medicine Opens a Portal. Integration is Crossing the Threshold.
Integration isn’t processing. It’s not journaling about what you saw or telling your therapist about the visuals. It’s the active work of letting what opened actually reorganize something – your relationships, your patterns, the stories you’ve been running on. It’s the difference between having a profound experience and becoming someone who was changed by one.
A lot of people come to this work because they had something happen that they have no framework for. Something cracked open, something surfaced, and now they’re back in their regular life with no language for what they’re carrying and no one who gets it.
That gap – between what you experienced and what you can actually live from – is exactly where I work.
I help you build meaning around what doesn’t fit into ordinary language, integrate the wisdom without bypassing the hard parts, and make sure what the medicine handed you actually lands in your body.
Who This Is For
You’re somewhere in the arc of this work. Maybe you’re preparing for a journey and want to go in with intention – and know there’s support waiting on the other side. Maybe you just came back from something and you’re trying to figure out what to do with what you’re carrying. Maybe it’s been weeks and something still feels unfinished.
If you’ve had an experience that cracked something open, the first two to four weeks afterward are a neuroplastic window – your brain is literally forming new patterns, and what you do during that time matters. This work is most potent when it starts close to the journey. But integration doesn’t have an expiration date, and it’s never too late to work with what you received.
This is for you if:
- You’re preparing for a ceremony or session and want to enter it with intention
- You’re back and you don’t have language for what happened
- Something shifted but you can’t access what it was
- You came back more open than you left and you don’t know how to navigate that
Find Your Support
Sacred Landing Session 90 minutes | $188
For when you just need somewhere to put it. One held, unhurried session to say the thing out loud — to someone who won’t flinch, won’t try to fix it, and doesn’t need you to explain why it mattered. If you’re in the thick of it and you just need to land, this is where you start.
Sacred Integration Arc 3 sessions over 30 days | $555
A defined container for a recent journey. Three 60-minute sessions spaced across a month, giving the experience time to settle between conversations. Enough structure to move through something real, without a longer commitment.
Sacred Integration Journey 6 weeks | $1,111
For when you want to go all the way through. Six weekly sessions, voice note support between calls, and individualized practices when the work calls for them. This is integration that goes at the pace of your actual life – not rushed, not surface level, and most importantly – not alone.
Each of these offerings is available in person at Golden Soul Sanctuary in Nanaimo, BC on Vancouver Island or virtually using Zoom.
Oh hey, I made you something!
Coming Home is the post-journey guide your facilitator probably didn’t give you. The body science, the grounding practices, and the meaning-making tools you actually need in the weeks after a journey.
Here’s What I Know to be True…
Friend, I’ve spent nearly twenty years in these spaces. I’ve had experiences held with such tenderness I came out the other side changed in the best possible way. And I’ve had ones that left me cracked open, flooded with emotions I didn’t expect – shame, regret, confusion – with no one who could hold the weight of what had just happened.
I know what it feels like to go through something profound and have to put yourself back together alone.
Being held through this work isn’t a luxury. It’s a corrective experience – new evidence your nervous system actually takes in. Evidence that it’s safe to be open. That all of it is allowed. That your fullness can be witnessed without needing to be smaller, quieter, or more palatable. And when that safety is real, it lands in the body – not just as an idea, but as something your cells actually remember.
Most of us didn’t grow up with those messages. So when we finally receive them, something shifts that no journey alone could have shifted. More of you becomes available. More of you gets to exist in the world.
And there’s so much more of you to love.
