Have you ever thought about someone and say, “I will never be like him or her.” Or maybe find yourself in front of a mirror just not liking what you see.
I’ve been there, and I used to judge myself and others. And this judgment became a part of me feeling stuck and filled with shame. In this episode, I share my past and recent experience that inspired me to talk about shame, stuckness, judging other people and yourself, and othering. I share a glimpse of my othering and how I embraced the real emotion behind it. I also share what you can do to turn the emotions of shame, judgment, and othering around.
I invite you to listen to this episode and open your heart to more possibilities and be free from feeling stuck, shamed, or judgmental.
“I feel like the shame is really clear when you haven’t embraced whatever truth you are living and whatever that looks like when it doesn’t feel aligned. There is this desire for something else.”
